PERFORMERS
  • Any kind of live performance is welcome to be part of FFF2022 - and we're open to persuasion about what constitutes performance! If you're in any doubt as to whether you'd qualify (FFF is not curated - we don't audition), please CONTACT US
  • If you haven't enough material for a full-length performance, that's fine. An event can be anything from a 15-min coffee-break set upwards.
  • If you don't want to organise an event yourself, but would like to be part of a combined event, tick the box on the registration form or  CONTACT US
  • If you've got an act, but not a venue, we can help: tick the box on the registration form or  CONTACT US
  • If you're already planning an event in Farnham in June? We'd love to include you on our Calendar on this website AND in our brochure. It can only be good for your advertising to REGISTER FOR FFF2022.
Registration will open as soon as we have sufficient interest to support FFF22
Registration fee: £15, £5 for students and non-taxpayers, 20% off for paid-up members of Performers Together
VENUES
A Farnham Fringe Festival venue can be anywhere, any size.
  • it could be a church, church hall, village hall or meeting hall;
  • it could be a shop, café, restaurant, hotel: main space or an upstairs or other room
  • it could be an office or showroom
If you have the space, and would like to raise your profile and footfall, CONTACT US, and we'll include you on our list of venues.

Farnham Fringe Festival is all about showcasing performance. If you are hosting a performance-related event for colleagues or clients - even if it will be private - we can include you on the website and brochure as a closed event, and you still get the publicity.

Organise an event
We have an increasing number of combined events in the Farnham Fringe Festival. You might want to consider doing something like this for your community, whether that's local or interest/talent-based. At present we have:
Picture
The Hale Shindig has run every year. It's an eclectic afternoon involving live music from a number of acts, art - and food and ceilidh.
If you've contacts who could be brought out to have and provide this kind of fun, organise your own Shindig: it would be a great way to be part of the FFFestival!
Picture
The writing programme has been a great part of the FFFestival. The Flash Fiction Competition - open to all! - has continued RIGHT THROUGH COVID restrictions and  the full programme involves evenings and workshops with and for writers to share their craft and experiences. You could contribute to this, or if you're not a writer, but can see parallels with your own field, see what you can come up with!
Picture
A series of singing workshops, open to all comers, culminates 'magically' in a performance at the last event of the FFFestival. It's a lovely way to meet new people and achieve something great in a short time. Look out for the dates to join in. Or better yet, maybe there's something in a similar line that you could organise?

The Farnham Fringe Festival Brochure

To give you some idea of what your event entries or advertisements will look like, these are four pages from last year's brochure. The first shows four individual events. The second shows the programme for the Hale Shindig. The third shows a half-page ad and the fourth a quarter page ad. The brochure is A5 size.
